Absolutely love JJ Services! My AC stopped working after another company came out to service it. I called JJ Services late on a Friday night in a panic. Not only did Kyle return my call at 7pm, he came out Saturday morning and spent a few hours trying to repair my unit instead of replacing. Unfortunately my unit was shot but Kyle gave me an amazing price on a new one and was able to replace it within a few days. Had such an amazing experience with JJ and Kyle I hired them to install my spa heater and fill my propane tanks! These guys are great! Super friendly, responsive and extremely fair priced! I can't speak highly enough about this place. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. No hidden fees or surprise charges, which is typical these days. Kyle's professionalism and Mary's kindness in handling the billing makes me wish I could give them twice as many stars!
This is by far one of the best most-service oriented companies I've ever worked with. Mary at the front desk is always helpful and courteous. Kyle is amazing. I run a short term vacation rental which means when things break down I need them up and running again fast. These guys are always available at a moment's notice and a couple hours later I'll get a call telling me everything is good to go again. They're extremely dependable and price is fair. I use them for propane refills for my pool heater and they installed a monitor to know when it needs to be refilled. I don't have to call them. Then it automatically deducts from my account so it's totally seamless....read full review
