Our tech, Shane, is a very nice young man. He is respectful of our home. He makes sure to explain how to care for our unit and patiently waits while we write it done. We have had several issues with our unit since having it installed. If it weren’t for the 10 year warranty and the great service we would have gotten another unit already.
Leo arrived on time. He was very personable, polite and informative. He answered all my questions eagerly and he did an awesome job on the maintenance on my AC unit.
