When we hung up the phone I got a text with the technicians info and an email with a link to my portal account. Awesome. Next day tech called to say they finished the job before mine early and asked if they could come early. Got here and quickly diagnosed the problem I identified (dripping shut off valve) but also found a much larger problem (leaking supply line to the house). He gave me individual quotes for the repairs. I authorized both on his cell phone and asked him to replace an additional spigot on the other side of the house. All three repairs were complete in under 3 hours, including the time it took for him to go buy parts. I don't know if the prices were competitive, but they seemed current economy fair to me. Tech was very proficient and did a wonderful job.the main issue i have is the cost of the service. a less than 500 dollar heater cost 1475 dollars to install. it took about 2hrs. i believe that almost 500 dollars an hour labor is a little excessive“
