Just picked up the remains of my beloved furbaby, only to find that there was no footprint included. When I called, I was first told that it was because his remains were frozen. I informed her that Amy told me to do just that when I initially called and that Amy then said what was included with the price, including a paw print. She then went on to add that Amy wrote on the paperwork NOT to include a paw print. Why?! Now, my boy is cremated and it's too late. I sit here with anxiety, waiting for someone to call me back regarding the matter.

The staff was amazing my complaints I have is the price I paid, I expected a little more. I used faithful friends cremation for my last dog that weighed 100lbs more than my girl I brought to them. I paid the same price at Faithful friends and received an urn a lock of hair, clay paw print an original ink print for the same price I paid to have my girl returned to me in a Ziploc bag! With a photo copy of her paw print on a card with the incorrect date of her passing! Will not be using them again.

Ken at Dobies was wonderful. He was quick to respond and very kind on the phone. He picked my mother up from the hospital and prepared her to be sent to IL, her final resting place. Ken was compassionate and professional. Jackie at Dobies was kind in our interactions and working out final details. Thank you for making this difficult time a little easier.

Dobies has been top notch! My mom recently passed and the director at the memory care facility she was at said she was very impressed with how professional Dobies was when they came to get her remains. Dealing with Ed and the rest of the staff has made this difficult time much easier.

I am The Sister Of A Deceased After 1 1/2 Months My Brother's Body Remains At Dobies. I Had Originally Paid For A Cremation And Ashes Shipped Home To Me. His Adult Kids Did Not Have Funds. Then I Retracted The Payment Learning The Medical Examiner Was Not Releasing His Dignity For Cremation. Undetermined COD. Later Six Weeks Later After Speaking With The Medical Examiner My Brother's Dignity Was Ready For Cremation. I Spoke With The Director And Everything Was Fine. Waited All Day For A Contract Then Wanted To Pay Again. The Director Never Got Back To Me With Any Contract. Then I Find Out My Brother's Daughter She Will Pay Out Of Her Taxes. What Taxes. She's On Welfare ? A Real Pasco Scene. Very Typical. Emailed The Director Three More Times. Still Ignored. I Expressed Earlier In The Day I Was Going For A Nine Months Job Assignment Far From My Home and Wish To take Care Of My Brother's Expenses And Give Him Dignity In Our Family Plot Out Of State. Where Is These People Common Sense ? Either Until The Daughter Gets A Job And Has Over A Thousand In Tax Returns Or The Son Gets The Money From His Taxes Providing Those Kids Can Accomplish That. My Brother Will Remain Without Dignity For Perhaps Many Months To Come. At The Least I Would Have Expected Was The Director To Speak With The Kids And Give The Reality Checks. But No They Really Aren't A Caring Concerned Family Oriented Business At All. This Is My Beloved Brother Who Meant So Much To A lot Of People Left In A Refrigerator For How Long And No One Knows. That Pasco Florida Can Be A Real Weird Place

On one of the worst days of my life the staff at the holiday location made me feel at peace. They were completely compassionate and respectful as well as empathetic. I would shout the name dobbies from the rooftops that's how impressed I am. For something so sad and life changing this is the place to go.

My son passed away in a car accident. And they have helped every step of the way. Every the one has been so nice and comforting. Makes me feel like my son was in good hands until he was put to rest.

This funeral home is beautiful inside, very well kept outside...the staff very helpful, and courteous...I'm glad I chose them, all my Family, and Brothers and Sisters in Christ were impressed with the the quality of the customer service...definitely, they deserve the highest review...thank you for everything

I haven't died yet, so I can't give you a rating, but Thomas has good taste in cigars!!! Your funeral homes are beautiful though!!! Thomas is a great guy! I know him socially, and he is very intelligent and comforting person. He cares about everyone! If I planned on being buried here, I would sign up with him immediately!
