New gate has deteriorated in one year…poor quality, they refuse to correct issue, blaming effluent water. Very disappointing.

I heard and read great things about them and decided to give them a try. Total professionals, from the office staff to the drivers and the owner, Bill. The quality of the wrought iron work we had done was outstanding, and we are so pleased that we ran into these folks! Thanks for making our home a little better. Quality, service, and competitively priced. Awesome!

Never used them before but thinking about it. For someone to give a negative review because they choose not to be a bigger company is just ignorant. Never mind the issue of getting people to work these days. When you do find someone they want to play on their phone and expect $20 a hour. Run your business however you feel. Looking forward to having some work done with your company.

Hired this company over 2 year ago, all the rod iron is bubbling on my new stainless steel cable aluminum railing. If you are considering using this company please save your self the hassle. They don't return phone calls. The product becomes defective and their customer service is the worst I have ever delt with. Please please please do not use this company. I am now seeking legal action and filing with the better business bureau.

Forewarning: they are “6 months out” on work so instead of hiring more people and expanding to meet demand, they “aren’t taking any new work” at this time. Not sure if that was the owner firing customers or just an employee but it’s kind of tiring to hear this on the phone. They also said they are only working with aluminum now so wrought iron needs, FYI.Can’t give a positive or negative review because they declined my business.

I have had Mary Lame' install custom aluminum rails, stairs on over 10 of my customers homes over the last 20 years. Quality and service were consistently excellent! We have never had an issue with fit, finish or quality of installation. Bill is my sales person, I highly recommend these folks.

They came to our townhouse community where we wanted to replace wrought iron with aluminum and have gate hardware fixed. It was large job and their person doing the assessment and estimate said they could and would do the job. He promised to email me the itemized estimate a week later. After six months and multiple calls later, I still did not receive an estimate. I could not be more disappointed with how they handled this and their lack of responsiveness.
