My technician was James, highly knowledgeable and professional with a great personality; he pointed out key issues and settings on my evap that no other A/C tech was able to find (or cared about) in 10 years! I really appreciated the detail in which he explained what was wrong with my system and for giving me guidance with multiple options on repair and then emailing them to me. Going forward, H2C will be our new A/C service and I highly recommend them to anyone.
