The garage screen is great. The issues I have were 1st generated by manufacturers shipping. The tracks came in bent. Replacement tracks arrived but it took 22 days for Daly to install the screen that I already paid for. I explained to Bill that I had an appointment at 1:00. The crew arrived at 8:30 as promised but mother nature would not let them start until 10:00. They worked until 11:20 then took an hour lunch. At no time did the have concern for my 1:00 appointment. The crew said they were not told I about it. Three stars is being generous based on customer service.

I did my due diligence searching for the best, my experienced reputable CRC Certified Residential Contractor for my windows & door replacement, very important as contractors are not all the same. Daly Aluminum was my 4th sitdown and I needed not look any further. Right from my initial phone contact and conversation with mgr Bill Brandt as he was receptive to my needs, situation and importance of the outcome of my project. Bill very knowledgeable really made me feel comfortable. Bill placed me with Vinny who must be if not one of his #1 sales reps whom is no stranger to the business.
