Very pleasant and professional air condition technicians who explained all the steps they were doing when I asked. I had another company out a few weeks ago who told me I needed a new system. I didn’t understand why. Was told bc my system had been jump started in past wasn’t t working great. My electric bill hasn’t increased nor is my unit not supplying cool air. I politely declined the new unit and contacted Ranger for a second opinion. I had a tech and an apprentice (kudos to Ranger for teaching). Never had an issues with Ranger. Been a customer over 20 years. They keep you informed about your appointments. They show up and they provide good no nonsense service. I will continue to use them in the future.

After a catastrophic failure on my 14 year old Trane AC unit, I had both a service call from Jules who was an absolute hard worker and a complete professional followed by an installation of a new replacement unit by Colby (?) and Kyle who were both equally impressive. The crew showed up ahead of schedule and were absolute pros, removing the old equipment and installing the new unit in record time. Super polite, communicative, and knowledgeable across the board. 10/10 recommend
