I got an estimate to fix a small concrete walkway that was close to a large tree , and due to tree roots , it had shifted a few inches.
He suggested 2 men , 4 hours, $600. I said ok. The next day, he started changing his bid. He stated that the men had found a large 6 inch diameter root and it had to be cut, which he now wanted 2 hours for 2 men would be $195 ! I became worried for such change. Then he stated on the phone that he had to buy new blades longer blades and he would charge me another labor add on for the discovered root.fee. Then he said the rental charges for the cut saw had been increased $50 and he would charge me that too !
Steve has an attitude and is difficult to work with. The customer is not always right, he says, unless the job is on Jupiter Island.
Him and his crew can paint houses okay but they dont know how to deal with customers or run a professional businesses. Dont hire him, and dont leave him alone with your children.

I’m sorry we have to put in this bad review but this company was not forth coming and refused to do some things that we wanted. They hung our shower doors the opposite way we wanted them and the doors we purchased were universal. He was non compliant and it cost us over $800 to have someone come in to fix them. Our tile in the foyer was not layed correctly and we are currently getting estimates to have that fixed. The first vanity had a crack in it and we have a picture of the top that it was not cracked when delivered so someone cracked it and tried to fix it and they wouldn’t admit to it.
