Anytime we have an issue, no matter what time… like this evening… Avalon is always there. It’s not very often you find good, honest, hardworking g people and companies, but Robert and Avalon are certainly at the top of their game. I could not be happier and I highly recommend Avalon to anyone and everyone.
When we moved to Hobe Sound in 2009, I asked around for a local air conditioning company who was honest, dependable and charged a fare rate. I am so happy that our friends told us about Bob McLean and his company Avalon Air. Bob has been our reliable a/c guy ever since. Bob has never tried to over-charge us for parts or services we didn't need. When our main a/c unit recently stopped working, I immediately called Bob. He replaced our unit with a more efficient unit and it now saves us money each month. Bob's work was done with exceptional care and he did not rush through the job. I called on a Sunday afternoon when I came home and found my a/c wasn't working. Much to my surprise, Robert was there in 15 minutes and was able to diagnose the problem. The part was picked up and installed by early Monday afternoon. He even was able to find out my system had two years of warranty left!
