Based on the reviews, Palms Medical Group provides primary care and a full range of healthcare services. The waiting room is always clean, and the bathrooms are always clean. The front desk people are friendly, sweetest, and friendliest. The doctor was extremely friendly and easy to talk to, and actually spent time with the patient as a person. Everyone does a great job listening and explaining things. Interactions with scheduling, front desk staff, referrals, nursing, pharmacy, and physicians have been extremely pleasant and helpful. One reviewer noted that check-in is smooth running from checking in up to leaving the center. Another reviewer mentioned that a staff member named Ms. Nicole was extremely patient and helpful on the phone, and went out of her way to accommodate needs with a great attitude. One negative point mentioned is that the internet is not good. Overall, the experience is very pleasing, and the staff works hard.

The people checking everyone and pharmacist are caring, friendly and every helpful. Such a pleasant experience when your dealing with not feeling well or stressed when love one is having health issues.
My first time there today... Waiting room very clean front desk people friendly. Took about 15 minutes for them to call me back and then about 10 minutes for the dr to come into the room which is typical. The doctor was extremely friendly and easy to talk to actually spent time with me as a person which is always nice. She got all the test ordered that I should have and I was on my way very very pleased as a whole experience. Their internet is not good but that's the only negative thing I could say
Palms Medical Group are the BEST! They acknowledge you from the time you walk in, the ladies at the front desk are the sweetest and friendliest, the office is always clean, bathrooms is always clean and the check in is never a hassle! Smooth running center from checking in up to leaving the center! Keep up the good work Palms Medical!!! I appreciate yall HARD WORK!! YALL ARE THE BEST 👌 👍 and I Love my Dr of course!!!!
