I gave three stars because the shipping was fast and price point was great and the quality looks good but I took away two stars because the website says 20 per bag but this is clearly not 20. Doesn’t matter to me because I’m not a nail artist I just need a few for the next set I’m getting but if I was an artist I’d be mad.
