Amanda was an exceptional support and guide before and during the funeral service. Jessica, the makeup artist, did an amazing job making my family member look exactly as he was. It actually allowed us to keep the casket open, as we had originally decided to do closed casket because he suffered from jaundice so we expected a lot of makeup, but Jessica made him look exactly as he was before his illness, and for that we are incredibly grateful. It allowed us to properly say goodbye.
I am amazed and astounded by the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Celia is a great receptionist, always available to help me out. Amanda the director was very polite, patient and she made sure that we got everything that we needed, with the help of the other director as well Milagro. May God continue to bless these young ladies in their daily work!
