Extremely disappointed with this company. I submitted all my tax documents well in advance and was assured multiple times that my return would be completed; then finally given a date, May 2 2025. Not only did they miss that deadline without any explanation, but their communication throughout the entire process was practically nonexistent.
I followed up multiple times and was met with vague responses broken promises and eventually complete silence. When I reached out again the last time I was met with a voicemail saying their office would be closed for one to two weeks. There was no prior notice no courtesy email and no follow-up.
If they knew they did not have the time or capacity to complete my return they should have said so. Instead they left me in the dark and wasted valuable time. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliability or professionalism.

no vayan con Maria, lo mas irresponsable que eh visto. me hico lo taxes malo, yo me di cuenta de su error le informe para que me lo arreglara y ijual mando los taxes malos. ahora le devo al IRS 5,000 $ y ella ni save que hico la copia de mi taxes. la llame para ver si podiamos buscarlos y me trator de lo mas mal.Do Not do your taxes with Maria. Hands down worst experience i have ever had. She made a mistake in my taxes, luckily i caught the mistake before i even left her office. i informed her and she fixed it just to go ahead and send the copy in wish she made a mistake. The IRS is now charging me 5,000$ dollars and when i called her to get a copy of the taxes she send, she got mad and treated me with zero professionalism. i will be calling the IRS to inform them of this unfit person that is ripping and scamming ppl. Save your self the headache and go somewhere else please
