Impossible to talk to anyone that is helpful. Called several times and left several messages so that I can pay for an order I placed online. No one ever called me back. They have zero customer service. The lady that answers the phone said they were just busy because it was a weekend. I have been calling since Tuesday.

I never thought they were so informal, my friend rented a package with them and they never took it, we had a bad time and they didn't even answer the phone or give an explanation. Please do not rent in this place.
