Had a broken glass microwave drawer on our Sharp Microwave Drawer. Model# SMD2470ASY. Called their cust serv and req-ed LeGrand to service the unit and replace the glass drawer. Quoted $350 to complete the repair. Rene showed up today to install the new part. Only took Min's to repair, then he helped me re-install the unit back into its space. Rene was very friendly, efficient, and professional. I will use them again, if needed. The best part was that after the repair, he only charged for the service call and the cost of the part, totaling about $185. Very Happy.

We’ve always had issues with our turbo chef ovens. Le grand is the place to call. They are a little old school with scheduling and sometimes that’s an issue but no matter what they always show up. We’ve been using their services for the last 4 years and they always take care of us at all of our location. Don’t call anyone else. They have the best service and best prices!
