I was shopping for new a/c for over a week. Had no cold air. Turns out my 30yr old+ unit finally gave out. I called Home Depot. They sent me a consultant same day I called Friday. ARS services Home Depot and they sent a Mr Henderson a consultant. Very professional. He included everything I would need which impressed me. Was with us for about 3hrs. The other company quoted a low price, didn’t even come out. When i compared both prices, the other company came out with a good low offer but they did not give price for cement slab for the city which is mandatory, the stand which unit in closet sits on and permit which was another $500.
