I have been going to citrus since 2018. I had an incredible doctor that I would see every 3 months. Dr cintron. Unfortunately he decided to retire. I now have a doctor that wants to see me every month I am not available to go every month to see the doctor. I keep telling the doctor the medications that I need and he is not listening to me. I feel neglected and I will be addressing this issue with the director of the psychiatry department.
I really love this facility, but they have major issues with answering the telephones and transferring phone calls I really feel like nobody wants to help me.
