“I love this gym, especially my training with Brandon.
He's amazing-super knowledgeable, motivating, and really takes the time to make sure I'm doing everything right. I've seen great results and actually look torward to my sessions. Highly recommend!”
“Life-changing experience! The Coaches at Nuviva in Lake Mary are awesome, and the program will get you amazing results. If you’re on the fence about starting, just do it! You won’t regret it! Chloe is so perceptive, Bre gives great shots, Yesenia has heartfelt hugs, Rusha has a great sense of humor (one you'd wait in the lobby 30min. for), and Victoria is the funny and playful little sister to all of them. I Honestly look forward to seeing them all every week. They are all great listeners, and know how to get a shy guy to open up. These ladies are just as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside. Run, don't walk to Nuviva of Lake Mary, and change your life.”
“I love this office! I’m always driving and on my computer so my back is always on fire but ever since I started going here, I been feeling brand new”
