First time using Sansone and our Plumbing Technician Alex. P. was Excellent! He took his time to figure out our multiple issues and to fix one of them on the stop. We will be using Sansone again for future work and requesting Alex for our technician. Thank you for your work today and we will see you again soon!
I had a fantastic experience with Casey! He showed up right on time, was extremely courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His knowledge and professionalism really stood out Gave a reasonable quote and I will be having work done with this company . Edit: May 16, 2023 -- Colin saved the day when he listened to what I said needed correcting! Drain line clog cleared! Hooray!
Edit: June 12, 2024 -- Philip replaced the capacitor and had me cool again in no time (rain assisted!).
