    I took my dog in for a heart guard test and to get more medication. I had them look at a sore on her leg that will not heal. So I left her with them so the vet could take a look at it since I didn’t let them know before her appointment. Which was fine. I understood. The lady called me and told me that everything will be $297 and that I could pick her up. But when I got there, the price was $500. The lady even admitted to telling me the $297 and that she didn’t understand why there was a $200 difference. The manager comes in and tells me there was a glitch in the system. I told her I had been coming to them for four years now and asked if they could make it right for me and do everything for the $297 that I agreed upon. Then she proceeds to blame it on the receptionist was new and in training. Oh so there wasn’t really a glitch in the system? She just told me wrong. Now she was changing her reason for the misquote. She went and got Andrew Simmons. The veterinarian. He had a short temper. He said the $500 was what you agreed upon. I said that is not true and even the lady up front told them that she had quoted me the $297 over the phone. Then I was on the phone with my husband saying that I’m going to be late to pick up my kid from preschool and he might need to go and get him. The appointment was for 10 am and by this time it was 2:20 since I had to come back. So Andrew had a slick tongue and yelled at me. He said well this was supposed to be a lot shorter. I’m like well yeah, because of you guys it’s not. I gave them back their medication and only paid for the tests she was given. I’m going somewhere else to get her medication. I left frustrated and disappointed. It didn’t have to turn ugly. It didn’t have to be that way. Andrew has a quick temper and wouldn’t even hear me out or talk about why I was frustrated. All he did was want to yell at me. I had my two year old and my baby with me. He just stormed out of the office after. There are other reviews that I’m seeing about this guys temper! Horrible. Save yourself the time and don’t go here. All I wanted them to do was take responsibility for their mistake since I’ve been a loyal customer with them. Don’t go here. Find somewhere that will treat their customers with respect. Thanks! Emily Bradshaw with Penny

    Rylo and I went in yesterday 3/28 and had an awesome visit… Dr. Bowman and staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming… this was Rylo’s first visit with them and they treated him with the best care… I have also attached a video of Rylo in one of his shirts that was kindly given to me by Dr. Bowman and staff also…Thank you Dr. Bowman and staff you made this appointment amazing. 🤩 Highly recommend anyone with Furbabies please visit Cumberland they are AWESOME 😎

    Nancy showed our sweet boy such care and comfort as he passed , we are grateful he was able to spend his last moments at home with his family . The cost was not even important given we were able to make his passing as loving as possible and not stressful at a vets office .

    Dr. Nancy showed so much compassion to our Sweet Myla. She treated us and Myla like she had known us forever. We will forever be grateful Myla was able to spend her last moments at home on her bed as she passed. The cost was not even important given we were able to make her passing as loving as possible and not stressful at a vets office .

    10000/10 will recommend. We came here after my dad passed away and left his 2 dogs to us. I contemplated for all of 30 minutes about switching to the town I live in. Nope! The customer service, personalized care, & genuine staff will have me driving an hour one way for life. We 🤎 Cumberland!

    Comforting, very peacefully handled. Do this for your special animal, this was our first time with Dr GoyertAnd it was the right choice! It was comfortable for Hunter, painless. It was taken care of as comfortably as such a thing can be. I left out that have known Nancy since she came here. Most vets will not come to your home, so I called her and it all was right way to do. Thank you Dr!?
