A pleasant individual appeared at my doorstep, articulating all that I desired; nevertheless, I subsequently received no further communication from him. He fails to respond to messages or answer his phone. While he may be lacking, he represents this company, which is deserving of such representation.
Absolutely love my new impact windows from USA. The entire situation from ordering and installation went smoothly. I find that they are always there for any problems that may arise in the future. Professional and highly recommended!
First I will like to say thank you to USA Homes, they did my instillation in 2021 and I have no complaints. I had to call today because the hinged was loose on the front door. From the very first hello, I was greeted with professional and kindness. I was transferred to Luis who expedited this matter and had someone to come out today. Javier came, assess the issue and fixed it. He went the extra mile and added a fixture so that it will prevent me from having this issue again. He also adjusted the lock the door that was loosened. I will definitely recommend their service. Even the follow up call was pleasant. I give this company and their service 10/10.
