🚩 Always stay at least one time to see how your pet is doing , this lady that seemed so kind and sweet front me wasn’t nice to my tiny puppy the day I showed up to see her giving his bath , she was extremely Impatient and pull him In aggressive way under the water! We never came back here, and I prayed that all our innocent animals stay safe!

Such a wonderful experience bringing my dog to this establishment, she's normally afraid of the groomers but she left so happy and comfortable! I've never had such a great experience with a groomer before, we will never take her anywhere else!! She left perfectly groomed and cared for, 10/10 experience!!!

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Do Not Take Your Pet Here
I am beyond upset with the service I received. I brought my Australian Shepherd in for a flea bath and a light trim, and made it very clear—multiple times—that she has a special double coat that should not be shaved. I emphasized that a shave could damage her coat permanently. Despite this, I returned to find her completely shaved.
This is not just a misunderstanding—this is negligence and a complete lack of professionalism. It’s basic grooming knowledge that certain breeds should not be shaved, especially when the owner has explicitly said so.
On top of that, communication was extremely difficult. It was clear the groomer did not fully understand what I was saying, and yet still went ahead and did what she wanted. I’ve never had such a careless experience anywhere.
If you love your pets and want them treated with care and respect, I strongly recommend you take them elsewhere. This place is cheap, and unfortunately, you get what you pay for.

This was the worst grooming experience we’ve ever had. I clearly explained how I wanted my dog to be groomed, but they did something completely different. The most upsetting part — my dog came back with cuts and scrapes on his body.
Instead of informing me that he was injured, the salon owner put a diaper on him to hide the wounds. When I noticed and brought it up, she started blaming me instead of taking responsibility.
No matter how she tries to justify herself — I will never bring my dog back to this place.
And this isn’t the first issue. Last time, she forgot to trim my dog’s nails but still charged full price for a complete grooming. I let it slide then, but after this — I’m beyond disappointed.
I absolutely do not recommend this salon. If you care about your pet’s safety and well-being, stay far away. First photo how I ask flying to cut .

I am beyond frustrated with the service I received at Mimi’s 1 Pet Services. My dog, who is 6 years old, has never had such a terrible haircut EVER IN HIS LIFE!!!!!!! . The hair is completely uneven, and to make matters worse, he doesn’t even smell good. I am honestly embarrassed to take him out in public looking like this. At first, the lady seemed very nice and professional, but once I saw the result, I immediately started complaining, and that’s when everything changed. She told me that I chose this place, and had absolutely no concern about my problems or my dissatisfaction. When I asked for a refund, she flatly refused and was dismissive of my concerns. I feel completely taken advantage of, and it’s incredibly upsetting to see my dog treated this way. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly won’t be returning.
