Hallandale Medical Center offers a combination of excellent customer service and professional care. The staff, including the front desk, administrative team, medical assistants, and laboratory technicians, are exceptionally professional, friendly, and efficient. Patients feel welcomed and comfortable due to the neat and clean facilities. Everyone is guided from the moment they enter, ensuring they know what to expect. While many patients praise the attentive and knowledgeable doctors, others have had mixed experiences with Dr. Moya, citing unprofessional behavior and a lack of empathy. Special thanks are given to NP Collins for her professionalism, as she uses simple words to explain conditions and encourages patients to ask questions. Additionally, Tamara from referrals is recognized for her perfect timing in helping patients find the right MD that accepts their insurance and ensuring they do not travel too far from home. However, it is noted that all information is posted in English and Spanish, with no materials available in Creole, which could be an issue given the large Haitian population. Despite these challenges, the medical center's facilities and staff remain a positive aspect of the experience.
