Chen Medical makes me feel like a real person not just somebody who is shuttled to a line. From reception to seeing a doctor, it is personal care. There is little to no wait time and the walk-in emergency care is excellent. Most important is that all the doctors do listen to what I have to say. The magic word is “listen.” I recommend Chen Medical to everyone.

Great place for seniors! I feel respected here.I love my Dr. Vashist and the medical assistant who works with her. They never make me feel rushed or insignificant. All the staff is great!

I am a spanish interpreter so i take medical calls with this hospital and their nurses and doctors.Always being rude to spanish speakers and to the interpreter itself as well super rude and they just care about their money. Always chatting with other nurses or doctors and leave you hanging with a patient in pain you cant not engage with. horrible service
