Jerry is the best. Jerry is really personable and easy to get along with. I started training with Jerry with no prior gym experience and as a beginner who was just getting his feet wet, Jerry made me feel very comfortable and welcomed in this new environment.From day 1 I also felt that he was invested in my success and wanted to see me reach my goals. In my entire life I never did any exercise. I always hated gyms and routines. I once tried to train, but I felt like I was wasting my time and money.For the first time I took it seriously it was around the age of 40. I started training with Gerry and started losing weight which was my main focus initially.
