I just had my first appt with Dr. Ting and was very happy with my experience… when I called to schedule the girl on the phone was amazing, when I came in the front desk girl was very nice as was the nurse that took me in and lastly the check out girl. It was excellent service - I have zero complaints and would highly recommend to anyone!

Level of care is bad, they do not listen to what you say , their only concern is how many times they can bill you and your insurance without providing care that you need, stay away! Places like this give good doctors a bad name, anyone working there should be ashamed of taking advantage of trusting patients

Terrible service. He was always in a hurry and dismissive of my questions and concerns. After very quickly answering two of my question, he stood up left the room and said he had to many things to do to answer more of my questions. It was my first and last time going to Safecare Medical Center.
