I honestly cannot say enough about this place. They are extremely kind, knowledgeable, hard working, and fast. They truly go out of their way to get you back on the road, but they go so much further than that. They made my experience with them one I’ll always hope to get anywhere else I go, although I’m not certain I’ll find such a wonderful group of people than I found here. Richie, and Richie jr, worked on my truck and it is better than before, Allen one of the managers was extremely helpful, the other one was just as helpful but I don’t remember his name. They went beyond the call of duty from day one. I met some of the other mechanics and they are in sync when it comes to friendliness and knowledge. Do I recommend this place? ABSOLUTELY, you can’t go wrong here.

When you go there for service, ask for Maria; she is the best with customers. After spending several hours trying to get the situation resolved, Maria stepped in and provided a solution in just five minutes.

Had my truck for 11 days and within 24 hours of getting it back had the exact same issue. They changed out 4 batteries and only hooked up 3 of them

I had a very disappointing experience at Rush Truck Parts. The customer service was extremely poor, and I did not feel valued as a customer. Jerry, in particular, had a very negative attitude and was not helpful at all. Instead of trying to assist me or answer my questions, he seemed uninterested and acted as if helping customers was a burden.
When you go to a parts department, you expect knowledgeable and respectful service, especially when your business depends on getting the right parts quickly. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope management addresses these customer service issues and provides better training so future customers are treated with professionalism and respect.

They Lost My Original Key To My Truck And Had To Make Me A Copy! What If I Didn't Have A Spare? How Do You Fix A Truck, Park It And Loose The Key? You Don't Just Set A Single Key Down Without Putting It On A Tag Sealed Envelope Ect! Josh And Frank Did There Diligence.

Just going in to pick up parts already ordered takes no less than 30 minutes. It does not matter if there is 1 or 10 in line. There is only 1 person at the desk. He always seems like he’s trying hard, but he is always solo. I have been here for 20 minutes now with 1 customer taken care of. Still 2 more in front of me to be helped. Maybe I will get out of here in an hour. Also 1 guy up and left, he said he could not wait any longer.
