For almost two years I have dealt with pain in my right ankle. I had tried other treatments, including PT, but as time went on the problem was persistent and worsening. I could block it out to a certain degree during the day, but at night it screamed at me, like the tendons were tightening. It was wearing me down. I heard about Vitality Acupuncture and decided to give it a try. The results from Sarah’s treatment amazed me. During the first treatment, as Sarah was inserting the tiny needles and having me rotate my ankle at times to check the pain level, I knew exactly when she hit the problem spot. In minutes the pain was gone. GONE! After treatment, I felt relaxed and in such a good mood, like some life stressors had been lifted from my shoulders. I told a friend later it was like I’d had a shot of joy-juice. Later that day I would have an occasional nudge of ankle pain, but by that night the ankle pain had completely disappeared and I had the best sleep I’d had in months. I am continuing treatment to make sure the ankle problem is resolved long term, but also due to the other benefits I noticed after that first treatment. Sarah was great as my next appointment to explain how the “magic” I experienced was in my body, she was just releasing it. It’s such a blessing to be rid of this persistent pain. I’m so happy we have Vitality Acupuncture in our area.
Sarah Newman is an absolutely amazing Acupunture Physician. She has so much knowledge on everything health. I always walk away with new insight into what I can do for optimal health. Doesn’t matter if it’s anxiety/stress/sleep mental health issues all the way to just a sprained ankle, she spends the time needed to thoroughly help and kids will find her very comforting. I highly recommend Sarah especially if you are dealing with a chronic issue that keeps nagging or other remedies hasn’t worked.
