I went to my first-ever Mysore class today with Dagan. I’ve only been to led Ashtanga classes before, so I walked in with all the usual nerves: Am I doing this right? Do I remember the order? Is everyone else going to know something I don’t?
By the time I left, I called my wife and told her it was the most fun I’ve ever had in a yoga studio.

URU yoga in Gulf Breeze and Pensacola has become my new yoga ??♀️ home since I recently moved from out of state. I’m SO overjoyed that I was able to connect with such an amazing, beautiful community of humans. If you are in the area, please stop by and take a class…you will NOT be disappointed! If you’re looking for a new yoga community this is the place to be. They offer a variety of classes to suit every level. This is a special space. When a Yoga instructor delivers a practice and not a "workout" you know you are in the right spot. My experience with Manda was relaxing, enlightening and energizing. I would highly recommend URU Yoga?
