STB Restoration, Repair & Maintenance

I called STB stucco to discuss an inspection on a new home purchase. Michael was incredibly helpful and took the time to educate me on stucco-related home inspections and walk me through the process. He then offered to look at the exterior of the home to determine if an invasive stucco inspection seemed to be warranted. He truly went above and beyond and took many pictures, including thermal imaging, of the home and he was very thorough and detailed in his initial assessment. I requested that he write up an inspection report of his findings and he provided one within a few days and he also included annotated images (even sent this to me during the weekend to reduce delays).… read full review

In the market for buying a house, and the one we like had stucco siding. I had STB on my vendors list and gave them a call for a home stucco inspection, Michael came out next day with ladder in hand and did an expansive inspection on the stucco, cedar siding, all caulking and flashing. He found issues with former repairs as well as lack of sealant, damage and wood rot that was related. I knew there was issues, but his thorough inspection was detailed and pictures were great and very informative. I highly recommend STB for all stucco inspections.

STB restoration completed stucco repairs on our home, and did an outstanding job. The level of expertise, knowledge, and professionalism this company has is hard to find in this area. We have had a lot of work done to our home, and have worked with many contractors. STB was fantastic about staying in contact with us, getting our job done quickly, and most of all, doing the job WELL. I cannot recommend STB Restoration highly enough!
