Pilates by Val
“Consider yourself blessed to live in a town that has one of the best, most experienced and knowledgeable Pilates teachers in the world… VAL! When I first walked in her studio, I was as weak as a tiny kitten.
It was only through Val’s patience and encouragement that I made it to the second class. And then the third one and so on. For the next 3 years, I became stronger than I knew was possible. After I relocated, I tried
other Pilates studios but all have paled in comparison. Regarding prices: VAL’s classes are worth every penny and more. If you think it’s not in your budget, then fix your budget.”
