The review I posted in May of 2020 still stands, so I went back to Ken Griffin to lay top dressing again this year at the end of March. Unfortunately, the results of the top dressing were far inferior to what was done in 2020. I was disappointed and had decided to count my losses (time and money) and simply never use them again. I will not expound on that, as the rating would have been far lower, but I would rather focus on why I gave them 5 stars. After the service was completed, I tried to reach out to the person that had given me the quote and sent several photos and a text so they could see the work, or lack of it. Best all around I would definitely use them over and over again!!! Great family atmosphere.. The managers and owners are awesome and Also thereCrews. They strive to take care of there costumes needs and wants. . Great costumer service!! Will definitely be. Using them again !!
KGL just completed a large project at our home to our complete satisfaction. An unexpected hiccup encountered halfway through the job - which was quickly and professionally handled by their team. Zack and Andy were a pleasure to work with - highly recommend this company.
