I had STB on my vendors list and gave them a call for a home stucco inspection, Michael came out next day with ladder in hand and did an expansive inspection on the stucco, cedar siding, all caulking and flashing. He found issues with former repairs as well as lack of sealant, damage and wood rot that was related. I knew there was issues, but his thorough inspection was detailed and pictures were great and very informative. I highly recommend STB for all stucco inspections.“
