Coming from a customer service background, Derrick Atchley is a TRUE professional and the BEST Prj Mgr we’ve worked with! We were set back a couple of weeks due to an unknown road under our backyard:( However, he made sure we got back on schedule and was always PRESENT to answer ANY and ALL questions. Keeping up with TWO, A-type, military members is NO small feat:)

This is our second time going with Blue Haven Pools for our pool design and construction. Despite some obstacles with our yard unrelated to Blue Haven and the now-a-day supply and demand challenges, these guys, once again, knocked it out of the park! Derrick Atchley, our project manager, was outstanding. Very responsive to our text and calls, keeping us informed of project progress with via BuilderTrend app, text, or call! Everything was completed within a reasonable time and before Christmas! Great job!

We are extremely happy with our experience with Blue Haven Pools. Derrick Atchley, our Project Manager, was fantastic to work with—always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. The installation went smoothly, and the finished pool is beautiful. We’re already counting down the days until summer so we can fully enjoy it. We would definitely recommend Blue Haven and Derrick to anyone considering a pool installation!
