James was on time and ready to work. Everything started with a briefing to figure what to do and how to do it…then he was off to races…work hard to get everything done. At the end of the day…mission accomplished. And the work was clean and perfect. We will have James back out for other projects.
I am very satisfied with the work William and James performed installing my attic ladder. The arrived on time, which is very important to me, and no time was wasted during the install. The material that I purchased was not a perfect fit, but William and James provided options that made the unit work. After diagnosing the problem and James having to go purchase material while William prepped the area, the job completion was extended only 30 more minutes. I think that was awesome, and I will use them again.
The company was super prompt and easy to schedule with. Harley, the craftsman assigned to our project, was fantastic! He arrived on time, was super professional, personable and knowledgeable, and did a truly amazing job painting our porch. My husband and I were so pleased with the work, we immediately called the office to schedule a few other tasks and request him again for future projects. Can’t recommend him or this company enough!
