Fast and friendly service. Chip did an amazing job replacing our camper roof. We also had to get the motor for the awning replaced as well as the switch for the hitch. He quickly got the parts and finished the jobs so we can go camping this weekend. I highly recommend him for your RV repair needs!

5 stars is not enough to rate this business. Chip is more than professional.He just repaired a panel wall in my motorhome due to a leaking. It looks beautiful and well done Definitely any repair needed I will bring it back to him. Best customer service ever and best price. Thank you so much Chip

I cannot say anything but fantastic things!! We’ve had multiple issues with our 2022 5th wheel from bathroom to air conditioners and chip has dealt with the warranty company and fixed it perfectly and super fast! I will never use another RV repair service! 10/5 stars hands down!

Fast and friendly service. Chip communicated frequently on repairs and when campground objected to repairs on site he moved repairs to his shop. Repaired crack like it never happened.

We had water damage from a leak on both sides of a slide out that caused the main floor to rot and become spongy. Chip, owner of Universal, came out and found extensive damage (more damage than when he came to give us an estimate on repair)and had to replace rafters that hold up the floor as well as replacing those sections of the floor that had rotted. No big deal to Chip even though we thought “oh no”. Chip had a great attitude and reassured us that it all could be fixed. It took most the day but everything got fixed and now we have a solid floor. He even determined where the water was leaking in and caulked those areas. We’re very satisfied with the work done. Would not hesitate to call him again if we needed another repair on something else.
