Contracted with Riffles to install a Carrier heat pump system 2 weeks ago. I had researched four 4 star+ companies including Riffles and chose them based on their quick response, thorough quote, competitive fair price and ease to work with. We arranged a date for the install and two techs Ray and Matt showed up on the scheduled date, performed the install, tested the system, thoroughly cleaned up and left me with a good feeling that I made the right choice. The system has been performing as expected for 2+ weeks now without issues. We had a PM done today. Phillip the tech the was dispatched was great. Phillip a great knowledge with the system and when asked questions he was more than willing to explain. Great experience. We have had Riffles come out to do PM's and other checks. Never been dissatisfied. Thank you.

Fan motor on my air conditioner died at 9 pm on a Sunday night when it was 27 degrees outside. l called Riffle’s at 11:00 pm. Matt was at my house at 9:30 AM and replaced the fan motor with out delay and at a reasonable price. Awesome service and price compared to the larger air conditioner repair services.
