I was looking for bamboo plants but when I saw the price at other places I was wondering if I could afford the plants. Then I found Beautiful Bamboo and Jennifer was able to help me with plants that were in the clearance area, nothing was wrong with them just needing some TLC. Jennifer was a wealth of knowledge before and after the sale. When I went to pick up the plants Ryan and Donna made sure the plants were wrapped up and after a hour drive home I didn’t lose one leave off the plants, great job. Excellent communications. Prompt. Perfect delivery service. Prompt. And quality bamboo products. Jennifer is a gem! ... You can tell a well run business by the tenure of their employees. I got 5 golden goddess bamboos from them 5 years ago, and they're looking lovely. And I just got 3 more from them. The same delivery men came to install them, and the same person answers the phone, as well as emailed me, and Jennifer, the manager was a patient with me as before with all my inquiries. Outstanding customer support, prompt, careful installation and superb after-sale follow up. We were contacted several weeks after installation to make sure that things were going well and that we were happy. Old fashioned customer service. That's certainly rare these days!
