We had an emergency situation with a pipe that broke off in our lift station. I called Advance Septic Services, Inc. The customer service rep was very nice and arranged for me to send her a picture. She in turn sent it to Craig who contacted me and came out within 45 min. He had the pipe fixed for a reasonable price. Waited to be sure everything was working right and was pleasant and respectful. Recommend them without hesitation and we will not use any other company for our septic needs.
From the first phone call to Advanced Septic Services all thru the process of our septic tank being pumped out and the risers being installed everyone one was professional and timely in doing the work.
Kate, David and Mark were a pleasure to work with in getting the job done.
We will definitely be contacting them for any further septic tank system needs.

Advanced Septic Services are on my contact list. Placed a service call yesterday and set up an appointment time 12-2 for today. Marcus & Andrew showed up promptly and began to work. They were very professional. Also, educated me on the ins and outs of a septic system. You wouldn't even know they were here, as they left my yard the way it was. VERY IMPRESSED!!
