Kinetic synergy performace has been one if the best gyms I’ve ever attended it’s nice , clean, modern, welcoming. Coach k himself has been the best help, with coach k your not just a client to him. He cares about you he will make sure your doing good, he will push you to be your Best. 10/10 would definitely would choose coach k without hesitation
