“I recently used YaVel Roofing and Construction to replace the roof on my townhouse. The roof replacement was mandated by my Homeowners Association and each homeowner was allowed to hire whoever they wanted. I vetted over a half-dozen companies and ultimately went with YaVel Roofing and its owner, LeVay Smith. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my choice. First, let’s talk about price. A good rule of thumb with projects like this is to not hire the most expensive company, but also be wary of the least expensive company. LeVay came in with an extremely fair price (on the lower end, too) and after discussion, assured me he would not go over the estimated cost. This was a big deal for me, as many people get price quotes on their roof and halfway through the project the contractor asks for more money. LeVay ain’t about that. She went above and beyond taking care of all the details Her experience and expertise make her the perfect person to do any project. The money we paid was worth every penny. We had a steam shower installed with chroma therapy, aromatherapy, and sound therapy. and a zero gravity bathtub. The bathroom spa is so beautiful in every detail. The experience with Trudy made it easy for me to not worry about coordinating all the many workers needed for the job. We look forward to doing the rest of the house with Taliaferro Design.
