Richard was on time text to let me know he was in route didn't waste time friendly and also showed me the old parts replace no one does this was honest hard to find these days keep up the great work.
I had the pleasure of meeting Richard the owner due to him replacing my neighbors A. C. He took the time to answer some questions I had regarding my own A.C. Unit He even gave me some maintenance tips to help me to help prolong the life. I would definitely recommend their services. Kind. Honest. Clean. Professional. Reasonable pricing.
My AC died. It was "feels like" 114. Mr. Walcott showed up, identified the problem, went and got the part. It was installed and my system was up and running again in no time! I like that they confirm the appointment and send you a text message when they are on the way. And he showed up on time. Everything was done neatly and in a timely manner. I am so happy with my AC people!
