I had a controversial experience with River CPA. Long story short: I went to them on 2022 to get some much needed help with my taxes in a very difficult time of our life as a family. Someone at the office made some mistakes (which it happens). I was very frustrated and sad for a while. Today I received a phone call from Stan, not only they are going to send me a refund but also he truly and sincerely apologized for everything that I went through and what happened. Yes, sometimes things don’t go perfect but apologies go a long way, and trust can be definitively restored.

I needed my taxes professionally done for the first time this year. I was unfamiliar with the process. Although it didn't play out exactly as I expected, I would recommend Stan and his team without any hesitation. Of all businesses that I have dealt with, Stan is the most passionate person about customer service that I've ever seen. He makes it his personal mission to ensure that all of his clients have a first class experience. When I need tax help in the future I'll definitely be calling upon River CPA again. 10/10
