Marcus is an exceptional inspector. He is the most thorough inspector I have worked with and he takes his time to explain everything to you. The reports are very detailed and make it easy for you to negotiate repairs. He is kind, a good communicator, and readily available for questions/concerns. I would recommend him to all and will use him in the future.
The owner Marcus Paridon himself, came to our home for an inspection. Experienced in using the latest technology for home inspection. But, also with a kindness and charm that can't be beat. He was beyond great. He even brought dog treats along, to give my large breed in training, an opportunity to know strangers can be good. 5 woofs 5 !
