My air conditioning unit stopped working, so I called the company that had been servicing my system for the last two years. Unfortunately, they sent out an inexperienced technician who made the situation even worse and then tried to overcharge me for parts. That was the last straw, so we decided to switch companies—and going with A/C Cowboys was one of the best decisions we’ve made! They sent Jason out the very next day. He quickly diagnosed the real problem and explained everything clearly. Because my unit was 15 years old, repairing it wouldn’t have been a smart investment, so we chose to move forward with a new system. The following day, Jeremy, Tyler, and JJ arrived with the new unit and handled the entire installation from start to finish. Their professionalism was outstanding. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in delivering high-quality work. It’s rare to find installers who care this much about doing the job right.
