Zen fitness has been a lifesaver. They graciously accommodate my busy and every changing schedule. They have a team of knowledgeable and professional trainers that have greatly improved my fitness level. They always have the workouts preplanned and quickly make adjustments where needed. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to push themselves to the next level in their fitness journey.

My health journey has been 3yrs in the making.I was with another coach for 9 months and then had to make a hard decision to leave as I was not getting the training for my goals. I called up Pam at Zen fitness and WOW the customer service was great.I explained to her my goals my issues and chatted with Pam about Molly one of her coaches at Zen fitness. I will tell you in just 3 weeks Molly has totally lead me on a new journey.She is kind passionate about what she does and about your goals. I have lost 5 lbs already I have seen a huge drop in my inflammation and she does over all body HIT workouts which I never experienced in my last gym. Zen is a great gym with excellent, knowledgeable trainers. Great for both fitness veterans and folks who are just getting into the gym-- having that extra input from and accountability to someone other than yourself makes a huge difference! I've worked with Cedar for the last couple of months and am seeing great results.
