I absolutely LOVE this studio!The teachers are absolutely top-notch & are experienced, well-trained, and know how to teach. In particular, Daisy is absolutely incredible!I am finding a great amount of variation & the classes don't get old. I like that there are new yogis and experienced yogis; it makes the classes very diverse & fun. I don't find the rooms to be excessively hot, but comfortable & great to get a sweat on. This studio was such a gem that I stumbled into on my travels while living in a van. Starting from the first sign in, the front desk staff were welcoming. YogaPod's schedule was always full of classes. Over time you start to know everyone by name and get to know others over time. After a month of daily yoga, I signed up for the yin teacher training with Daisy. My very first yoga training and I learned so much about the poses and my body that will forever deepen my practice. My "few days in Gainesville" become 2 months before I knew it and this studio is one of the main factors for this decision. It was exactly what was needed for me in that moment. I started attending this place to take a yoga class every now and then and little did I know this studio was going to become my happy place! The classes are amazing and the instructors not only outstanding at their job, but they're all so welcoming and friendly. If you want to get better at yoga, fitness, or are just looking for overall wellness I highly recommend you give this studio a try ❤?
