We have had a recent interaction with this company during a stressful remediation process. While we have yet to begin the remodeling phase it should be noted the professional and helpful interaction from this company to date. Both John and Debbie have communicated clearly on expectations and answered our many multitude of questions which we found reassuring and informative.
John with United Restoration Group of Ocala went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule with another worker by working on the weekend. He walked me through the entire process, patiently answered all my questions and provided quality service at a very fair price . Needless to say, they made a very stressful situation painless. This company is very responsive and I highly recommend you give them a call !
For my parents. UWRG was our light at the end of the tunnel. They are very knowledgeable and know their business. The entire staff made us feel comfortable and at ease, especially with all the questions that were asked. They were very patient and treated us with respect.
