He walked me through the entire process, patiently answered all my questions and provided quality service at a very fair price . Needless to say, they made a very stressful situation painless. For my parents. UWRG was our light at the end of the tunnel. They are very knowledgeable and know their business. The entire staff made us feel comfortable and at ease, especially with all the questions that were asked. They were very patient and treated us with respect. We received excellent service from United Water Restoration after a flood in our condo due to a broken pipe in the next door unit. Debbie Veres responded promptly and professionally to my request for services and was an excellent project manager throughout. Marvin and John did a great job with the remediation, checking on our place frequently and making sure that floors and walls were drying properly. UWR put us back together again in a timely fashion, which we especially appreciated since the damage occurred during the busy holiday season. I highly recommend this locally based, family owned company.

These guys aren't like some of the more often advertised "Restoration" companies (begin with an "s").Very professional, no pressure, free until you agree on a price.I trusted the two guys (Dez, Sheldon), who showed up at dawn.They under-promised and overperformed without fail. Within a few hours they had my water disaster under control and had me feeling relieved.Service: Water removal
